AuctionBase generates item listings for all your auctions, staff and volunteer listings, and a listing of all your donors.

Auctioneer Notes
Auctioneer
Notes are a convenient way to provide your auctioneer and/or emcee
with information on items during live auctions. In addition to being
less bulky and cheaper to print than an additional catalog,
auctioneer notes include the special notes you include for each
package. These "office use only" notes are not shown in catalog
listings.
Proxy Bid Forms
Sometimes, a person will want to bid on an item at your event,
but just won't be able to be there. A Proxy Bid Form authorizes you to
bid for them on a specified item, up to some specified amount.
Auction Package Displays
Package displays are an effective way to put a package's catalog
information with the item, right on the table. Print these on fancy
paper that matches your event theme.
Registration Labels
Registration labels can be used on packets you provide to
guests when they check in to your event. The bidder's name,
bidder number, and table number are listed.
Auction Package Labels
Item labels simply list the sale abbreviation and item number
for each package at your event.
