  All Your Contacts, Including Staff and Volunteers, Donors and Guests
The image below shows AuctionBase's central address book. The searchable list at the top gives you quick access to contact information for all your people.  Individuals are stored in groups by shared addresses.
 
In the center of the form, you see the contact information that Rachel and Steve Adams share.  AuctionBase has created a default name for use on address labels, and a default salutation to be used in correspondence.  Both of these can be set to something else manually, if you desire.

At the bottom of the form, the individuals in the selected group are listed.  Each person can have one or more affiliations assigned to them, making it easy to print targeted address and phone lists.  Also, notes can be added to each person's entry, allowing you to keep track of special contact instructions or special needs, like food allergies.  If your organization owes a credit to a person, it is recorded and shown here.  Finally, you can see if the person has ever been an event guest, donor, or staff / volunteer.
