Catalog Listings
AuctionBase® gives you two ways to create listings for your catalog.
Our built in documents give you simple item, volunteer, and donor
listings, formatted to fit an 8 1/2 x 11 catalog. The form below
shows an example setup for printing a listing of the live auction
packages for the Beaver Creek School auction. Note that you can have
separate setups for your live auction, silent auction, and buy in
sales. Also note that you get to set the fonts, colors, and other
formatting used.

For groups wanting more control over their catalog's form factor and
appearance, AuctionBase provides for exporting of your package,
volunteer, and donor data to external programs, more geared toward
