Post-event Volunteer Needs Once the event is completed, there is much less need for volunteers, outside the chairperson and leads. There are a number of tasks still to be done, but few of these need many hands.
Thank You Letters You should send thank you letters to all of your event’s guests, whether they made purchases or not. This is your opportunity to highlight the best parts of your event, report your fundraising results, and thank them for their part in that success. Once the letters are written, you may want help stuffing envelopes for mailing. After Event Sales When storing items for the next event isn’t practical, some groups choose to hold small informal sales after the event to rid themselves of leftover items. You may want to recruit a few volunteers to help setup and run post-event sales like this.
